Sonam Kapoor was born in 9th June 1985. Sonam Kapoor is daughter of famous Bollywood Actor Anil Kapoor. Recently she won her first Filmfare Awar for Best Female Debut. Her very first movie was I hate luv storys which was acutally a flop movie.
Sonam Kapoor is an Indian film actress. She is the daughter of Indian film star Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor. Before starting her career off as an actress, Sonam worked as an assistant director under Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and assisted him during the making of, Black.
Sonam Kapoor made her acting debut alongside newcomer Ranbir Kapoor in Bhansali's Saawariya (2007). In 2009, she appeared in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Delhi-6 opposite Abhishek Bachchan. Sonam's performances were highly praised in both of these films.
Sonam has two siblings, younger sister Rhea and brother Harshvardhan.
